Step 1
Generate demand
We script, shoot, and edit 8–12 short-form videos a month tuned to your services and your service area.
Cool Hand Studios · Seattle
We help Seattle mobile mechanics, car detailers, landscapers, and housekeepers win more customers with short-form content and AI follow-up that books jobs while you're on the job.
The problem
Most local owners are busy in the field, not waiting by the phone. That's where the money walks out the door.
When you're under a hood, on a mower, or cleaning a house, you can't answer every call. That's normal. Losing those leads doesn't have to be.
How it works
We bring local people to your business with short-form content, then make sure every new lead gets an instant response so more of them actually book.
Step 1
Generate demand
We script, shoot, and edit 8–12 short-form videos a month tuned to your services and your service area.
Step 2
Respond instantly
AI replies to every missed call, web form, and DM within 60 seconds — even at 9 PM on a Sunday.
Step 3
Book the job
Leads get guided straight to your calendar with smart follow-up until they pick a time.
What you get
A complete done-for-you stack. No tools to learn, no contracts, no agency fluff.
Scripted, edited, and ready to post to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — tuned to your service area.
Missed call auto-texts. Web forms auto-reply. DMs answered in under a minute, 24/7.
Leads who don't book on the first reply get smart, on-brand follow-ups until they do.
A simple page tuned to your services, your area, and the offers that actually convert.
A call to look at what's working, what to double down on, and what to ditch.
You text me. No support tickets, no account managers, no copy-paste replies.
Why owners pick this
This is built to make you more money and save time — not pile on more work.
More leads turn into real appointments on your calendar instead of voicemail.
Less feast-or-famine from relying only on referrals and word of mouth.
Follow-up runs itself, so you can stop sending "just checking in" texts at 9 PM.
About
I grew up in Phoenix, moved up to Seattle at the end of 2024, and I've been building software for seven years — currently as an engineer at Amazon Web Services.
Cool Hand Studios is what happens when corporate automation experience meets a TikTok feed. I've spent years figuring out what makes short-form content actually go viral, and longer than that figuring out how to make AI and automation do the boring work. Local service owners get hammered by both — too busy to film, too busy to follow up, losing jobs to whoever replies first. I built this to fix that.
When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm usually wrenching on my old 4Runner, riding singletrack, or playing drums and guitar way too loud.
Pricing
One extra booked job most months covers the whole thing. No long contracts, no agency retainer drama — month-to-month, cancel anytime.
The exact number depends on your services and area. We'll walk through it on the call so there are no surprises.
FAQ
Not really. We can build content around what you already do — clips of your work, your trucks, your before-and-afters. If you want to be on camera, even better, and we'll coach you. But it's not required.
The instant-response side starts catching missed calls and form submissions from day one. The short-form content usually starts driving real inbound calls in about 4–8 weeks of consistent posting.
Most of our clients don't. We make filming as low-lift as possible — short scheduled shoots or quick phone clips while you're working. We handle scripts, edits, captions, and posting.
It's a flat monthly rate, no contracts. The number depends on your services and area — we'll walk through it on the 15-min call so there are no surprises.
Month-to-month, no contracts, no penalty to leave. If it's not making you money, you turn it off. That keeps us honest.
Yes. Seattle's home base and most of my early clients are here, but everything we do works the same anywhere in the US.

15 minutes, no slides, no pitch. We'll look at your current setup, tell you exactly what's leaking leads, and you decide if it's worth doing.
